Working with SAP URLs |

Some SAP portal applications use URLs with the following format:
http://hostname/sap( really_long_session_id )/rest_of_the_url
The session id may be hundreds of characters long, making it very difficult to distinguish one URL from another. HttpWatch can improve the readability of these URLs by replacing the long session id with '...' for display purposes. The original, long form of the URL is still recorded and can be view by saving the log to a file (See Save Button ).
This feature can be enabled by creating a DWORD registry value called FormatSAPPortalUrl in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Simtec Limited\HttpWatch and setting it to 1. As shown below:
